What’s up, y’all? I mentioned in my previous post to be on the lookout for some exciting news, so here it is! 

Back in October, I met Hannah Pruitt at a CrossFit competition in Greenville. She is a registered and licensed dietician, and she has opened my eyes up to all things food, nutrition, and fueling my body for my workouts. She has personally helped me to meet my nutrition goals. 

I am so excited to say that Hannah and myself are now taking clients for a new fitness and nutrition program!  Below you’ll find more information about each of the three programs, as well as prices. You can’t beat these prices! I promise. Our mission is to help people reach their goals, while making it as affordable as possible.

X2 Fitness and Nutrition

From time constraints, exercise equipment availability, food budget, and more, we take the resources you have at hand and turn them into your greatest strengths.  Whether you are wanting to lose or gain weight, improve in a sport or competition, or simply feel better about yourself, we will design a plan that fits around your lifestyle.  Not only is this plan 100% made for you, but you will also have us, your team, by your side 24/7 with texts, emails, and phone calls with encouragement, fitness tips, recipes, and more! We know that by having the right team and right plan, you will succeed in any goal! Option 1: $385/6 weeks ($47/week)

  • Five times a week online programing. This will take place on client’s own time, without the trainer. Workouts will be customized based on type of gym and equipment available. This will include an email each week with personalized programing to help the client reach their specific goals, as well as exercise demos, and tips.

  • An individualized nutrition plan will be created and 6 weekly follow ups by email to assess nutrition while providing feedback for improvement.  Also includes additional weekly recipes and daily text/email for questions, tips, etc.

  • aily texts/phone calls/emails (whichever line of communication is best for client) for questions, clarification, tips, and encouragement.

 

 

Option 2: $665/6 weeks ($83/week) – local clients

  • One time a week face to face, 60 minute training session in a CrossFit gym – CrossFit Electric City in Anderson, SC (8 sessions)

  • Four times a week programing.  This will take place on client’s own time, without the trainer. Workouts will be customized based on type of gym, and equipment available. This will include an email each week with personalized programing to help the client reach their specific goals, as well as exercise demos, and tips.

  • Includes an individualized nutrition plan and 6 weekly follow ups by email to assess nutrition while providing feedback for improvement.  Also includes additional weekly recipes and daily text/email for questions, tips, etc.

  • Daily texts/phone calls/emails (whichever line of communication is best for client) for questions, clarification, tips, and encouragement.

 

 

Option 3: $945/6 weeks ($118/week) – local clients

  • Two times a week face to face, 60 minute training sessions in a CrossFit gym – CrossFit Electric City in Anderson, SC (15 sessions)

  • Three times a week programing for outside of the gym. This will take place on client’s own time, without the trainer. Workouts will be customized based on type of gym, and equipment available. This will include an email each week with personalized programing to help the client reach their specific goals, as well as exercise demos, and tips.

  • Includes an individualized nutrition plan and 6 weekly follow ups by email to assess nutrition while providing feedback for improvement.  Also includes additional weekly recipes and daily text/email for questions, tips, etc.

  • Daily texts/phone calls/emails (whichever line of communication is best for client) for questions, clarification, tips, and encouragement.
