Hiiii! Hope you’re having a great Tuesday! I’ll keep this short and sweet. You may follow Renaissance Periodization (or rpstrength) on instagram. They help people with nutrition coaching. I’ve never personally done RP, but Daniel (husband) has, and he’s seen great results. I have some friends that have had success with it as well! I still follow them on insta because they post great stuff from time to time, and seeing people’s transformations is always cool.

And with that, I’ve needed to make some changes to my macro breakdown for awhile. Mostly because I’m pretty sure I’m not eating enough, and at the right time. Coaching and working out at random times throughout the day means I also eat at random times. Anyway, there’s a lot more I can share about that, but I’ll save it for another day. So, I reached out to a girl I follow on instagram. She’s had some success coaching other people with nutrition through a company called Macros Lab . I didn’t feel right about helping other people make changes to feel their best when I wasn’t willing to make a change to help myself. I’ve heard great things, and I can’t wait to begin! I’ll tell y’all more about that later.
