Merry Christmas Eve! Hope your Christmas Eve Saturday is full of family, friends, rest, anticipation, fun, and even a short workout somewhere in there.

If you need an idea, here is a version of something I did this morning. I had less than 30 minutes to get it done, so I ran to a little football stadium that happens to be exactly a mile from my house, did a little 10 minute workout, and then ran back home. Nothing fancy. I had to hurry so we could hit the road to Georgia to see our families.

Thank you for reading through these 12 day posts. It was fun, and I’m so thankful for the people who actually read these and are inspired by them.

Merry Christmas! We have a lot to be thankful for. Hope you get some time to reflect on that today and tomorrow.

Here’s the workout! I wish I could link movements, but we’re in the car, and I dunno how to do that from my phone.

Run 1 mile (moderately quick pace)

Then:
10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds or reps as possible in 10 minutes):

•10 squat jumps
•10 side plank and reach throughs (10/ side)
•20 skaters
•10 hollow rocks
•10 pike handstand pushups or pike pushups (if you have a bench, box, or chair to pike feet up on)

Then:
Run 1 mile (moderately quick pace)
