Merry Christmas Eve! Hope your Christmas Eve Saturday is full of family, friends, rest, anticipation, fun, and even a short workout somewhere in there. 

If you need an idea, here is a version of something I did this morning. I had less than 30 minutes to get it done, so I ran to a little football stadium that happens to be exactly a mile from my house, did a little 10 minute workout, and then ran back home. Nothing fancy. I had to hurry so we could hit the road to Georgia to see our families.

Here’s the workout! I wish I could link movements, but we’re in the car, and I dunno how to do that from my phone. 

Run 1 mile (moderately quick pace)

10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds or reps as possible in 10 minutes):

•10 squat jumps
•10 side plank and reach throughs (10/ side)
•20 skaters
•10 hollow rocks
•10 pike handstand pushups or pike pushups (if you have a bench, box, or chair to pike feet up on)

Run 1 mile (moderately quick pace)
