Merry 8th Day of Christmas!
Today’s workout can be done outside. Sorry, I know it’s pretty chilly today in the good ole Upstate. BUT maybe you can do it later on this week because I think I heard it’s going to warm up.
The workout involves running, and if you’re physically capable to run, you should, because it’s good for you, and there are a lot of people out there who can’t run right now for one reason or another and they would love to be able to run (that was a long sentence). So, play some spotify and just do it.

25 minute AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible) – So, you will go through the below sequence as many times as you can in 25 minutes.
Run 400 meters (.25 mile) – If you’re stuck inside, sub out run for 50 mountain climbers + 50 jumping jacks
20 side plank and reach through (10 on left, 10 on right)
10 sumo squat and kicks (alternate kicking legs- 5 each leg)
20 flutter kicks (10 each leg)
