12 Days of Christmas – Day 2: WORKOUT
This workout can be done anywhere. So, NO excuses 🙂
You don’t need any equipment except for a wall, something sturdy at a decent height for you to jump or step to, and a lightweight object for you to do Russian Twists with.

The workout is done just like the 12 Days of Christmas song. It’s way harder than it looks, and of course, way more fun than it looks! Personally, I prefer a barbell, but I may just do this today, because you know, it’s fun, so why not? We do a version of this at CFEC every year around Christmas, and it’s one of my most favorite days of the year!
You will start with the 30 second pillar/plank hold
Then, you’ll do 2 wall walks + 30 second pillar/plank hold
Then, you’ll do 3 Tuck jumps + 2 wall walks + 30 second pillar/plank hold
Then, you’ll do 4 air squats + 3 Tuck jumps + 2 wall walks + 30 second pillar/plank hold
And just keep going in that format, finishing with 12 russian twists, 11 mountain climbers, 10 split jumps/lunges….working your way to 1 30 second pillar/plank hold.
1 – 30 second Pillar/Plank Hold
2 – Wall Walks
3 – Tuck Jumps
4 – Air squats
5 – V-ups
6 – Burpees
7 – Sit Ups
8 – Pushups
9 – Box Jumps/ Step ups
10 – Split Jumps (jumping lunges)/ Lunges – each leg counts as 1 rep.
11 – Mountain Climbers x2 so 22 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS! Each leg counts as one rep.
12 – Russian Twists (each side counts as 1 rep)
